  • Monitor and report project actions, risks, issues, dependencies and progress.
  • Support project controls, change management and document control processes.

  • Approximately two or more years' experience in project management, project coordination or a comparable project delivery role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks across several projects.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and a structured approach to record keeping and follow-up.
  • A professional and confident approach when dealing with clients and project stakeholders.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel to client offices and project sites as required.

  • Experience within construction, property, infrastructure, engineering or professional consultancy.
  • Exposure to public sector, healthcare, commercial, mission-critical or refurbishment projects.
  • An understanding of project governance, controls, risk management and change management.
  • Experience supporting multidisciplinary design and construction teams.
  • Membership of, or progress towards membership of, APM, CIOB, RICS or another relevant professional body.
