  • Assist with project planning, resource management and the successful delivery of projects to agreed timescales and budgets
  • Contribute to the continued growth and development of the Building Services team in Manchester

The skills and experience you need to have for this role:

  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services systems
  • Experience working across a range of building and property sectors would be advantageous
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical matters clearly to clients and project teams
  • Confidence working directly with clients and contributing to project and design meetings
  • The ability to support and mentor less experienced engineers
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing project priorities
  • Experience using industry-standard software such as IES, Hevacomp, AutoCAD and Revit would be beneficial
  • A proactive approach, with the ambition to continue developing technically and professionally
